Microsoft have resolved the Outlook connection issues. Many users are now able to access Outlook without issue. We will however, continue to monitor the situation to ensure the issue is resolved.
Microsoft have reopened an incident with connection to their Exchange Online Servers. Some users may be affected intermittently whilst trying to use Outlook. They are currently working on identifying the root cause in order to provide an effective resolution.
Microsoft have informed us that they have determined the route cause of this issue and implemented a fix. We are receiving reports that users are now able to access Outlook without issue. We will however, continue to monitor the situation to ensure the issue is resolved.
