We can now confirm that students should be able to access the My Desktop Anywhere service.
We will continue to monitor capacity to ensure consistent availability to this service.

Investigating

We are aware some students maybe experiencing an error message when accessing the MyDesktop Anywhere service. Please be advised that the system is fully operational however under high demand and currently has no capacity for additional sessions. We are assessing the environment to see if we can provide additional capacity.
