After a period of monitoring we can confirm that the issue with slow performance of the EMS system has now been resolved.

Our vendors continue to investigate the slow performance of the EMS system.
They will provide us with further updates once available.
Our vendor has informed us of an issue effecting the EMS system which is resulting in some slow performance. Our vendor is working on this as a high priority and will update us with progress as soon as possible.
