Web Payment system

The issue with processing web payments was caused by changes made by the vendor, which we were not made aware of. Since compensating for these changes shortly after, there were no further issues during the Christmas closure.

Assessed

We are aware of an issue with the Web Payment system declining payments.
Our vendor had assured us that this work would begin out of working hours but have started to make changes early causing this outage.
We are currently in the process to restoring this service and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
