Bill Pay service issues
The issue with Bill Pay and Quick Pay has now been resolved.

We are currently aware of an issue with Bill Pay. Users report seeing an error when selecting the link to register for Bill Pay on the online payment gateway. This is also affecting the Quick Pay service.
We are investigating and hope to restore the service as soon as possible.
