Slowness with OSIS and SITS
After a period of monitoring throughout the day, we can confirm that the issue of slow performance with the SITS and OSIS systems has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
We have made a change on the SITS and OSIS systems which has seen an improvement in performance to the service. We will continue to monitor this system to ensure consistency and stability on performance to this service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We are currently experiencing some slowness on the OSIS and SITS systems which we are investigating as a high priority. We recommend those trying to access this service to try again later on today.
