After a sustained period of monitoring we can confirm that this issue has now been resolved.

Our vendors have advised that this issue has been resolved but we continue to monitor to ensure stability of performance to this service.

We are continuing to investigate this issue with our vendors and will post updates via our status page.

Opened

We are investigating an issue accessing checkin data via the SEAtS web portal. We have contacted our vendor who are looking into this as a high priority.

This issue does not affect registering attendance with their KU Cards or via the Mobile App, however there may be a delay in seeing the attendance data. We will continue to provide updates via the status page.
