After a period of monitoring we can now confirm that the issues we experienced with the Alma service has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our vendors have confirmed that this issue has now been resolved. We will continue to monitor this to ensure stability and performance of this service.
We have been made aware from our vendor that there is currently a interruption to our Alma service which is interupting intermittent access to Alma.
