SEAtS Check In Service

We are now happy with the SEAtS Check In service. Monitoring has shown that swipes have been seen and successfully logged for the past few hours. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Monitoring

We believe the issue with SEAtS is now resolved. Students should now be able to see their swipes on the SEAtS web app, but we continue to monitor. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues with the student Check In process. Students may not be able to see check-ins made today by swiping their ID card against a card reader. We are currently investigating the issue with the vendor – in the meantime, students are advised to Check In to lectures using the Mobile Application
