Unified

From Monday 12th August you will notice changes to the Unified login process if you are working outside the University and on a personal, non-managed device.
In preparation for further planned improvements through the coming year, from this date there will be a two stage login process for all staff.
As well as the Unified login screen you are familiar with, you will be asked for your fully qualified username and password at a Microsoft login screen.
Your fully qualified username is your KUxxxxx@kingston.ac.uk name. Your Unified login username continues to be as you are familiar with.
For clarity, this change will only apply if you are accessing Unified from outside the University and using a personal device. If you are already authenticated to another Microsoft service, such as email, then you may not be prompted for your Microsoft credentials when accessing Unified.
