Issues Accessing Canvas using Internet Explorer and Older Browsers

If you are attempting to access Canvas using Internet Explorer you will probably find that it is not displaying correctly and most of your content is not being loaded. Canvas no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser.

It is highly recommended that you access Canvas using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Canvas should display correctly in all current, non-Explorer browsers.

You may also encounter this issue if your browser is not up-to-date. Canvas supports Chrome 75 & 76, Firefox 67 & 68, Edge 44 and Safari 11 & 12. If you are using an earlier version of any of these, please update.

The web address for Canvas is: https://canvas.kingston.ac.uk/ which you can paste into the address bar of your browser, as well as accessing it via Kingston’s web sites.
