Timetables

Resolved

Some students may be experiencing issues with timetables, such as missing modules, incorrect timings or your timetable not being visible. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for you to see your full timetable after you’ve completed your stage 1 enrolment.

If you fall into the ‘no timetable is showing’ category - follow these steps

  1. View your timetable within the KU app.
  2. Make sure you are viewing the app with the profile ‘students and staff’. To check your profile, go to the ‘current profile’ section under ‘settings’.
  3. If you are still experiencing technical problems with the app please log an enquiry with IT Services through the Kingston app or on the IT Service Desk portal.

If you fall into the ‘modules are missing;’ category, please do the following:

  1. Contact the relevant Student Office below. Please include your KU number in the email to the Faculty.
