Box have confirmed that all features of the service were restored yesterday evening and have had no further occurrences of this issue.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Problem Identified

Box have identified the issue with accessing the site and are continuing the recovery of Box services.
We have noticed that some Kingston Box services have returned and can be accessed.
If you require urgent access to the Box service please feel free to attempt to access the site.
If you find that you can not access the site please try again a little later.
We are awaiting official confirmation from Box that this issue has been resolved for all customers.
Apologies for any inconvenience this interruption to the service has caused.

Investigating

We are currently aware of an issue accessing Box. This issue with the Box service is affecting all of their customers. They are investigating this as a high priority. We will continue to update the IT Status page when we have more information.
