Viewing Timetables on iPhones

Resolved

A new version of the KU iOS (iPhone/iPad) app (9.8.2) is now available to install from the App Store.
The new version has resolved the issue relating to timetables not always being displayed in the KU App.
It is recommended that all iPhone users upgrade as soon as possible to this version.
If you are not prompted to install the update, go to the App Store, tap on Updates, pull down the screen or refresh and tap on the KU App to install it.
To check which version of the app you currently have installed, on the home screen of the app. tap on Settings at the bottom and towards the bottom of the Settings screen the version number should be shown next to the Version: field. If this is not 9.8.2, then please update the app as per the instructions above.
We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Problem Identified

Apple have released an iOS (mobile operating system) upgrade over the past couple of days which can occasionally temporarily break some apps.
Should you be unable to access your timetable or see ‘not connected’ towards the bottom of the screen on the timetable tile on the KU Mobile App then please go to either the two sites where you will be able to view your timetable:

We continue to work with our vendor on a resolution for this issue. We will be testing an updated release of the KU APP for iOS on Wednesday morning. Once testing proves successful, the App will then be sent for Apple approval before being released to the App store.

We are aware that there are intermittent issues effecting the visibility of timetables through the KU App on their iPhones. This issue occurs when the latest version of the app has been downloaded.
We are working with our vendor to resolve the issue and will continue to provide updates on the IT Status page by 5pm today.
