SEAtS - Student Check Ins

SEAtS have confirmed that they have resolved the performance issues which were experienced on 1 and 2 October. We will continue to monitor this closely with SEAtS.

Monitoring

The vendor has completed some upgrades to the infrastructure, which is showing a marked improvement in system performance. They do however continue to monitor. We will update with further information once it is received. - We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Investigating

We continue to see performance issues with the Check-in system (SEAtS). We are working with our vendor to get it resolved as soon as possible. We will continue to provide updates via the status page.

Some students may find that they are experiencing a delay in seeing their Check-In entries.
We are currently working with the vendor to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your Check-Ins to update to your SEAtS Calendar.
