Box have now confirmed that the issue uploading and downloading files has now been resolved.
Apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
We are aware off an issue uploading and downloading files from the Box Service.
Box are aware of this issue and are investigating the cause of this issue as a high priority.
