Our vendor has confirmed that the issue with slowness accessing the My Timetable website service has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue with slow response times when logging in to the My Timetable website service.
We advise all students to access timetable information via the KU mobile app.
Our vendor is currently investigating this issue as a high priority.
