After a period of monitoring we can confirm that the SITS client issue seen yesterday has been resolved.

Monitoring

Our engineers have identified the issue and implemented a fix. The SITS client is now available as normal. We will continue to monitor to ensure system stability. Any further updates will be added to our status page.

Investigating

The SITS client is currently experiencing issues and as such is currently inaccessible. However, OSIS which provides web access is still accessible. Our engineers are investigating and we will provide updates via our status page.
