Spam telephone calls

We have received no recent reports of spam telephone calls and are happy that our vendor has resolved their call filtering.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused to those who received such calls.

Monitoring

We have not received any further reports of spam phone calls since this morning. We will continue to monitor the situation and would like to remind you that if you do receive such calls please contact the Service Desk through the portal providing the telephone number the call was made from.

BT continue to work on the issue with their spam filters which is effecting both residential and business customers receiving spam telephone calls.

We are aware that a number of extension numbers have been receiving spam phone calls from a variety of external telephone numbers. BT are currently experiencing an issue with their spam filters which is effecting a large number of their customers and are investigating this issue.
If you are receiving such calls please contact the Service Desk through the usual channels providing the telephone number the call was made from.
