The MyDesktopAnywhere connection issues, where the desktop was reporting a ‘trust relationship error’ has now been resolved. We thank you for your patience during this time and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We continue to investigate the cause of the My Desktop Anywhere connection issues. Until this is identified, we are resolving each incident as it arises so as to minimise disruption.

Investigating

Some users may experience a problem connecting to MyDesktopAnywhere where the desktop reports a ‘trust relationship error’. The only fix for this currently is to try again later where an alternative desktop will be allocated. The issue has been logged with the vendor.
