The issue encountered earlier today by some of the Service Desk unable to hear users once they had answered calls, has now been identified and resolved.

We have been experiencing issues with Voice calls to the Service Desk. Our Engineers are working on this and expect to have this resolved very soon. In the meantime you can contact the Service Desk via Portal.kingston.ac.uk, Chat, Chatbot or Email.
