We are satisfied that after an extended period of monitoring the shared drives (H: and S:) are fully operational.

Monitoring

We have resolved the issue with access to Network storage (H and S drives) but will continue to monitor services over the weekend and provide updates via the status page.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue with network storage. This may impact a variety of network storage locations including home drives (h:), shared network storage (s:) and some desktop applications may be slow to respond as a result. Our engineers are investigating this issue as a high priority. Further updates will be posted on the IT Status page.
