KUExtra remains stable and after a period of monitoring we are confident that the issue is completely resolved.

Monitoring

KU Extra services have now been restored. We will continue to monitor with our vendor to ensure it is fully functioning. We will provide updates via our status page.

Investigating

We are aware that the KU-Extra co-curricular service is currently unavailable. The University IT team are working with the software supplier to resolve this issue with the highest priority. Please accept our apologies for this unplanned outage.

Opened

KUExtra is currently unavailable. We are working with the vendors to restore the service as a matter of priority.
We will update the IT System Status page with any new progress on this issue and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
