Access was restored to these services and we have not experienced any further occurrences during our extended monitoring period. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience that this issue may have caused.
Following up on this issue, we have been informed that a number of other Universities were also affected as the issue stemmed with one of our Vendors.

The issue regarding access to Staffspace, Mykingston, and Sharepoint Committee sites on the internal network including MyDesktop Anywhere has now been resolved. Other affected services were OSIS, Unified and the Service Desk Portal. We will now monitor these services for a period of time and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

There is currently an issue with on-site connections to StaffSpace and MyKingston (this includes via MyDesktop Anywhere and VPN). You can still access these sites using browsers on your personal devices.
