Wi-Fi access has now been restored. If you still experience problems please ensure your username is in the correct format before contacting the Service Desk. 020 8417 3355 or via the Portal

We have identified the cause of this issue and have taken the necessary steps to restore Wi-Fi access in these areas. We will monitor for a period of time to ensure the service remains stable.
