The hardware issue identified has been investigated and rectified. Access to the shared storage drives was restored some time ago and has remained stable.
H and S drive access has now been restored. We will continue to monitor the service to confirm stability whilst we look into a possible hardware issue. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
