The server was rebooted without issue and the service is now running as expected.

We have noticed that some staff sessions are running slowly and will therefore be rebooting one of the servers at 12:30. Some users will get disconnected but auto-recover others will need to re-connect to their session. No work/data will be lost in either case. We apologise for any inconvenience.
