MyDesktopAnywhere emergency maintenance

The maintenance for MyDesktop Anywhere has now concluded.

All users (including both staff and students) will now need to use Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to utilise the service. Instructions no how to register your account for MFA can be found in the email send to all students 29 July 2021.

If you have any difficulties registering for MFA, please contact the Service Desk

Monitoring

Please note that, further to the previous notification that MyDesktop Anywhere is unavailable due to maintenance, this specifically relates to Student access.

Staff that previously had access to MyDesktop Anywhere are able to continue using the service.

If you are a staff member experiencing issues accessing MyDesktop Anywhere, please contact the Service Desk.

Maintenance

MyDesktopAnywhere is currently in unavailable due to emergency maintenance. While every attempt will be made to keep downtime to a minimum, this is expected to take several days to resolve.

All other services remain unaffected.
