Current outage on Vonage telephony
This morning’s issue with the Vonage Contact Centre was resolved and has been monitored throughout the day. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
We are currently experiencing an issue with Vonage. This is impacting all calls to the Service Desk.
