Issues accessing Box


Box have notified us that the login issue experienced by some of their users has now been resolved.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


We are aware of an issue accessing Box for those that are not already logged in. When clicking the blue ‘Continue’ button when asked whether you’re ‘Part of Kingston University?’ the following error message is displayed - Something went wrong while logging you in. Please try again.
The issue is currently being looked into by 3rd line support and updates provided as we have them.
