The upgrade to Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) has completed successfully. You can access the system as normal. You may need to clear your browsers cache if you experience difficulty when logging in. Sorry for any inconvenience this essential maintenance may have caused.

The upgrade to Ivanti Service Manager (ISM) is almost complete. The holding page is being removed however, you will not be able to login yet. We will provide an update once login is available again.

On Thursday 16th June, Ivanti Service Manager will undergo essential maintenance to upgrade our platform to the latest version. The upgrade will result in a full outage between 17:00 on Thursday 16th June and 23:00 on Friday 17th June.

During this time the Service Desk will be contactable via Phone and Chat where users can log tickets that will then be processed once the system is back online. Any urgent tickets will be raised directly with the relevant team whilst the system is offline.

ITS ask all users that, if your query is not urgent during the maintenance period, to please wait until Monday 20th June once normal support channels resume.

The upgrade includes several bug fixes and improved functionality for users; several back-end improvements will also be made.
