The vendor is giving prior notice that the ePAD system will be unavailable for all users on Tuesday 6th September for 2 hours between 08:00 and 10:00. This is to improve their servers to better handle all peaks in usage, allow space for extra growth potential, better stability, and performance.

As the site will be inaccessible, it is recommended for users that need to update their ePADs during these times, to complete any responses offline via the app and then sync once the updates are done.
