Essential maintenance to the KU Mobile App 14-15th February

Maintenance Planned

Due to essential maintenance, you will be prompted to logout of the app from 12 noon 15th February. Once you are logged out you can log immediately back into the app (select the Students & Staff profile). When you log back in you will need to login using the same username and password you use for all KU IT services; for students this is your KU email address e.g. k1234567@kingston.ac.uk, and for staff this is your KU ID following by @kingston.ac.uk e.g ku123456@kingston.ac.uk.

Once logged back in to the app, you will benefit from:

  • Single Sign On (SSO) meaning you will be prompted less to login when accessing other KU IT services from the app
  • Integration with MyTimetable via the Timetable tile, meaning more of your calendar events are shown in one place
  • Updated Library functionality - providing richer and mobile optimised features.

If you are not prompted to logout of the app then please logout manually. For iOS users you can logout by tapping on Settings (bottom of the Home Screen), scrolling down and then tapping on Logout. For Android users, tap on the three vertical dots in the top right hand corner of the Home Screen and then tapping on Logout.
