The issue has been identified and resolved. All remote apps are now accessible in the intended way.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We currently have issues connecting to the new Horizon 8 service which runs all the remote apps (SITS live, dev, test, support utility, the researchers remote desktop).
Users wishing to use SITS can access the application by loading the full staff-desktop and open SITS via AppsAnywhere. Likewise for those wishing to use Support Utility
