The Service Desk Portal will be down for essential maintenance from 08:00 on Thursday 23rd May until 16:30 on Friday 24th May.

An online form for reporting issues during the maintenance window can be used https://kusdpw.kingston.ac.uk/log-a-call/index.php. The Service Desk can still be contacted by phone although agents will be using the same online form to log issues. Once the maintenance is complete, these tickets will be processed.
