Eduroam Connectivity Issue for New Connections

The issue with connecting to eduroam has now been resolved but we will continue to monitor. If you do experience an issue please log this with the Service Desk at https://portal.kingston.ac.uk.

We’re currently experiencing an issue impacting users attempting to join eduroam for the first time. Those who are already connected remain unimpacted unless they disconnect and attempt to reconnect, in which case they may also encounter the issue. We are investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we recommend avoiding disconnecting from eduroam if you’re already connected.
