Global Outage Impacting Access to Canvas
Yesterday’s access to Canvas issue has been monitored closely and has shown no sign of reoccurrence. We are now confident the issue has been resolved by the vendor.
Access to Canvas has been restored, although there might be intermittent access issues whilst Canvas’ 3rd party fully restore all their services . ITS will continue to monitor.
There is currently a global outage impacting access to some cloud based systems, for Kingston University the outage is currently impacting access to Canvas. ITS are currently investigating.
